I can confirm that I have spoken to the person I am referring and that they are happy for Just Remortgages to make contact with them via email, phone and SMS text to discuss a new mortgage. You and the person you have referred will receive an email following this referral. This email will state that you have sought their permission to supply their details to Just Remortgages.

A few house rules

  1. There are no restrictions on the number of different referrals you make.
  2. One voucher per referred client. You cannot refer the same individual multiple times or for multiple properties.
  3. The £100 Amazon voucher will be emailed to you following the completion of your friend's mortgage. The voucher is payable per referral and not per transaction. (Please allow for 31 days for the delivery of this voucher) Alternative vouchers may be sent if we are unable to source Amazon vouchers.
  4. Only one £100 voucher will be issued per completed mortgage irrespective of the number of applicants’ party to the transaction.
  5. Make sure you have asked permission from your friend before you send their details to us.
  6. Cash or other alternatives will not be offered.
  7. This offer excludes cases where a product transfer was deemed best advice or where our standard broker fee has not been charged.
  8. This offer also excludes referrals of current or former clients of Just Remortgages Ltd and previously referred clients.
  9. Just Remortgages reserves the right to amend, vary or cancel these terms and conditions or to withdraw this scheme at any time.
